Web4 We exploit NE annotations on Ontonotes Release 5.0 (LDC2013T19). We address traditional NEs, such as per-sons, locations, and organizations, while omitting the follow-ing: DATE, TIME, PERCENT, MONEY, QUANTITY, OR-DINAL, and CARDINAL.
