WebFNIS can't "see" MO2's staging folder unless it's launched from within MO2. Also, FNIS isn't the best solution anymore, unless you need creature animations. Nemesis does everything else FNIS does, better, and is fully compatible with all (humanoid) FNIS mods. WebNote that there is no 'Data' folder in the path. If you have a Data folder in the path then FNIS has been installed incorrectly. When installing you will likely receive a message saying there is no game data at the top level. You'll see a window showing the files in the mod.

WebFNIS contains controversial anti-piracy measures that, among other things, checks for the presence of the ModDrop client. Either uninstall ModDrop or use Nemesis instead.
